Her athleticism, charisma, power, charm, and her originality is everything you want in a WWE superstar and WWE knows that! Within one year, she is going from debuting on the main roster (on Mania 36) to possibly main eventing Mania 37 for the SD women championship against Sasha Banks; as the Royal Rumble winner. She is making history! She is a star! She is multi-faceted at everything: from her wrestling ability, her athleticism, her character as the EST, oozing charisma from just standing, her gears she makes, her braid...! She instantly stands out! She is IT and she been it from day one!
From coming into the Performance Center and breaking records in the combine, Bianca Blair was instantly the EST. She came from track, CrossFit, and every other sport as the best! She applied everything from those sports and her as a person into who she is now. She had an amazing showing in the MYC against Kairi Sane and the hairwhip was out of this world. It was one thing to have it to stand out but to use it as a weapon?!? That was incredible! Her athleticism and power! She wasn’t one note in the ring. She can do power moves AND high flying! She had so much charisma and it showed past the MYC! From her glitter lip-stick, her braid, her athleticism, her attitude.... she looked like AND was a star! Her having squash matches, beating the Dakota Kai’s and Candice Lerae’s, cutting great promos (like the one on her honey-moon and on Dakota backstage)... she was a force to be reckon with! She was owning everything! Getting better in the ring each time you saw her and having so much sass! She worked her way (while UN 👏🏾DE 👏🏾FEA 👏🏾TED👏🏾) to Takeover for the NXT women championship against Shayna and it time to fully prove that she is the EST of the ring; while she didn’t win she proved a lot of people wrong. She was the strongEST! The bravEST! The toughEST! She is the EST! Her inexperience and not knowing how to handle the situation got to her but she knew she had what it takes to be champion. To be the face of the division! She played the underdog face really well! She lost the second time but that didn’t stop her from owning everything she did. It didn’t stop her shine! From calling herself the EST! From her being her! More people became fans of her as time went on and saying she should be NXT women champion (and she should have been). She owned Takeovers, Wargames, Survivor Series 2019, match with Shotzi, matches and feud with Mia... Bianca has had great matches, segments, performances and everything. From 450s, hair-whipping, KODing girls and athleticism: Bianca was owning the NXT women division without a title. She just needed a big moment to take her to it!
She started 2020 winning a contendership battle royal to face Rhea at Portland. Then the 2020 Rumble comes.. her music played and she comes out at number 2! Everything felt right! Having instant great chemistry with Alexa. Eliminating Candice, Molly Holly, Tamina, Mandy, Sonya.... up to eight eliminations! All while not breaking a sweat and her baby hairs still in place. She put on a performance of her career. The EST of the Rumble! She didn’t win but she did win everyone that night. She had everyone talking about her! She was the conversation! Everyone knew how incredible Bianca was now and then some! She dominated effortlessly! From that point on, she had an amazing “You don’t even go here!” segment with Charlotte and Rhea, a Takeover championship match with Rhea and a match she always wanted against Charlotte in her last NXT match. She then shows up on WrestleMania -as a callup- beating up Zelina and helping the Street Profits. She was officially on Raw and while she didn’t do much on that brand; she made the most of it. She grinded and had great performances. Had a feud with Zelina ( even going to Twitch ) and also EST of WWE video packages.
Smackdown was the place to be for Bianca and you can tell instantly! Drafted high and second woman drafted for Smackdown. The promotion of Bianca from commentary -calling her a future champion and “sleeper pick of the draft”, to THE video package... you knew Bianca was COMING! That this was her brand! From a great SD debut to showing out at Survivor Series, she continues to be the EST! Watching her is powerful! She begins a entertaining and amazing feud with Bayley. Great chemistry from back and forth twitter game, matches, segments... from the Ding Dong Hello to the Obstacle course! She was jumping rope with her BRAID! She lost the first match against Bayley but you knew she was eventually gonna beat her. She had to prove she the EST in the ring, learn from her mistakes and take it to the next level. Her inexperience was only gonna hinder her for so long until she beat Bayley: and she DID! Bianca as a babyface is incredible to watch. She is so natural with her charm, confidence while humble, stands up for herself, puts over her future opponents and wants to face them... I mean you guys saw my thread about her as a face (along with all my other threads about her)! How quickly she pick up on it! She plays the right notes as one but in the EST way! In my opinion, she’s the best babyface in the company right now and she continues to get better at it!
Bianca was heating up and everyone got to hear her story on her WWE Chronicle. Everyone got to see a different side to Bianca: her struggle with eating disorder leading to a dark path, how she became the EST, coming to WWE, her work ethic, representation, and how she is a great person. It was amazing to see that it made me cry minutes later. It made me have even more respect for her. How everything you see with her is authentic! How she’s unapologetically her! How she has a message with everything she does and she knows her power! How she won’t shrink herself or limit her potential to just one thing. She wants to do it all! She wants to accomplish anything and everything that she sets her mind to! How she makes the most of everything from even the small moments! How she grateful for everything and wanting more for herself! Making her own clothes and gears. Wanting to be apart of every big moment! How she so big on representation and including everyone: From her BHM gears to BGM photoshoot to Culture Connection to her and Montez honoring black history figures! She does EVERYTHING! She’s multifaceted and great at everything she does! She even makes her own merch! Everyone supports her from fans to the WWE talent! Everyone loves her and rooting for her and it speaks to how great all around she is! Everyone wants her to WIN!
Seeing Bianca winning the 2021 Women Rumble was validation of what I been saying about her for years. How she is a superstar across the board! How she should be someone you center you women division around and at this point... your company! How she can bring more eyes to the product and be a mainstream star! How she can appeal to causal fans! How she has everything to be a star AND a champion! How she continues to blow people away! Her having two great performances in the Rumble, breaking records and winning? Ms. Royal Rumble if you ask me! Her performance was great from lasting the longest time overall to getting redemption on Charlotte and Rhea to even avoiding eliminations at all cost. She won the rumble, broke a record and made history as the first black woman winning a Rumble. She won the match from #3! She set out to win and she won and now she going to wrESTlemania within a dream match! Against the current Smackdown women champion-Sasha Banks! Two alpha women who at the top of their game and both are the best for different reasons. Sasha being the standard of women wrestling for years and finally getting her big accomplishments vs Bianca who is the future (and the now ) of women wrestling and being the EST of everything she touches! Two black women in the title picture going into WrestleMania. The last time that happened with just two black women facing off for the title was Jazz and Jacqueline in 2002 ( correct me if I’m wrong ). This is powerful especially with the major possibility that they are main eventing. The match is main event material and so much added behind it! The things they can do in the ring will be special and makes you want to be there to see it! Seeing black women main eventing WrestleMania is powerful and monumental! It’s groundbreaking! All the black women that came before Bianca and Sasha laying the path to this and now these two are paying it off ! They gonna want it to go beyond them for the future: to the AQAs, the Anriel Howards, and every black woman coming into wrestling to get the recognition and big moments that they are getting. The significance of this is huge! Bianca is coming into WrestleMania with a lot on her shoulders and she gonna be the EST at Mania! She gonna put the EST in wrESTlemania! She gonna be the EST of all time! She is gonna EST of the company! She gonna have the greatEST performance of her career! The bEST match of her career! How she gonna take women wrestling to the next level. Imagine what she gonna do in HIAC matches! Ladder matches! Elimination Chamber! Her as champion finally! For when she faces Asuka or Becky! The storytelling she can do (and she can do it)! The great matches she gonna put on in the future! Just everything! She is done being the next big star; she IS THE STAR!
(Overall, I’m so proud of being a fan of her. Instantly, she hooked me in and I’m happy to see everyone waking up to how great she is! Seeing her grow into this amazing performer -and continue to grow- throughout the years has been incredible. Imagine having a fave that wows you everytime you see them! That exceeding your expectations of them because they are THAT good! That’s her to me! She’s once in a lifetime type of person! There’s a reason why I do threads on her and praise her so much; she motivates me: to be the best version of myself in my life despite my issues. Shes a role model and inspiring.
